  <question>Is there a version for Windows CE or the Pocket PC?</question>
  <answer>Not that I know of. However, if you want to build one, or would like
          to help me build one, I'll be happy to cooperate.</answer>

<item id="2">
  <question>Doesn't the PDGA want a Pocket PC version?</question>
  <answer>I think they do, and I also think they will only work with someone that
  will help respect and protect their intellectual property.
  </answer>

  <question>So based upon the software license, can I improve your program and distribute it myself?</question>
  <answer>No. Read on.</answer>
</item>
<item id="4">
  <question>You give away the code but we can't change it. Why did you do that?</question>
  <answer>Well that's not completely correct. The product you download has two parts.<br/>
  The first part, the code, is the part that reads course data and displays it, manages
  your favorites, etc. That part was written by me, and is MY intellectual property. I am
  sharing it with you. You can read it and do whatever you want with it.<br/>
  The second part, the data, is the information like the course names, tee distances,
  course contacts, driving directions, etc. That part is the PDGA'S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY,
  and the only reason I can distribute it along with my program is because they allow me to.
  You and I may not do anything more with it than they permit.<br/>
  So you can take the code, and change it, and even give it away, but you can't do anything
  like that with the course directory. After all, you clicked the "I Agree" button, right?</answer>
</item>
<item id="5">
  <question>So you give away the code and we can distribute it, but without the data. That's worthless!</question>
  <answer>Well it depends on what you want to do with it. If you want to learn how to write Palm
          programs with PocketC, it's worth quite alot, isn't it?</answer>
</item>
<item id="6">
  <question>So if I want to improve the program?</question>
  <answer>Well you can do two things: First you can ask me to do it, second you can ask the PDGA
  to allow you to redistribute the data.</answer>
</item>
<item id="7">
  <question>I clicked "I Agree" when downloading software but I'm going to disregard it and do what
  I please! What do you think of that?</question>
  <answer>Whatever it is you really want to do, I suspect there are very honorable ways you can go
  about it, while at the same time helping the PDGA community at-large. For instance, join the
  PDGA and get a printed directory.</answer>

  <question>How long have you been a member of the PDGA?</question>
  <answer>Umm... never.</answer>
</item>
<item id="9">
  <question>Wait, wait. You wrote this program and you're not even a PDGA member?</question>
  <answer>Nope.</answer>
</item>
<item id="10">
  <question>Do you even play Disc Golf?</question>
  <answer>A little.</answer>
</item>
<item id="11">
  <question>So why did you do this?</question>
  <answer>Cause I wanted to write a Palm application. Cause it was something interesting to do.
  Cause the PDGA gave me some free videocasettes and patches, and my name goes out in the
  printed course directory. Cool, huh?</answer>

  <question>Someone beamed me the PDGA Application, and it doesn't work on my Palm.</question>
  <answer>Yes, with the betas I'm still trying to work that piece out. Right now, it's better
  to download the application from
  <a href="http://www.brainkandy.org/apps/pdga_directory">www.brainkandy.org</a> than it is to
  receive a beamed app.</answer>

<topic name="Course Data Questions">
<item id="13">
  <question>How do I get my listing in your course directory?</question>
  <answer>I get my data from the PDGA, and do not actually maintain a course directory list of my
  own. The best way to get your course listed is to go directly
  to the <a href="www.pdga.com">PDGA</a>.</answer>
</item>
<item id="14">
  <question>How do I submit course corrections?</question>
  <answer>Again, the best way to do this is to go directly to the <a href="www.pdga.com">PDGA</a>.</answer>
