Bread Pudding(Serves 4) This recipe comes from Great Good Food, by Julee Rosso. Ingredients
DirectionsPreheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray or wipe a 1 1/2 quart baking dish with canola or vegetable oil. Place the bread cubes in the dish. In a medium-size bowl, beat the eggs. Add the sugar, salt, and milk. Stir in 2 tablespoons of boiling water, then add the remaining 6 tablespoons water, cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins and vanilla. Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes.
